Why not come and celebrate summer solstice at the sauna? Watch the sunrise and welcome in the summer solstice. What will happen: We will open with a guided meditation and blessing. Then everything is free flow Grab your seat in the sauna. Relax on the chairs with pressotherapy Listen to soulful and tribal songs through the silent disco Sit and journal Enjoy the soothing sounds from the crystal bowls. Take in the views and the energy Fresh fruit will be provided. Salt scrub for after you have come out of the sauna. Hydrating Face serum. Finish with a closing gathering. As the sauna and pressotherapy are limited it will operate on a one in one out basis. Move around to what you enjoy and start your morning with gentleness and gratitude. Sunrise is approx 4:40am Whatever your reason, book now and reserve your space, and indulge in some deep relaxation. Cool down options are: cold shower or the sea This session is open to all members of the public. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before booking. You must complete the waiver before coming to the sauna. It is sent to you via the confirmation booking email

Cancellation Policy
**Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
