Where solo doesn't mean alone. Running your own business is rewarding - and it can be lonely. Steam & Scale is an evening built for self-employed people and small business owners to pitch what they do, unwind properly, and meet people who actually get it. The evening opens with some introductions, short talks, genuinely useful business talks, a guided meditation and gentle grounding to help settle you in. Then it's free flow: Sauna Pressotherapy Mini Pamper treatments Light refreshments Real conversations. Come for the networking, stay for the rest you didn't know you needed. Whatever your business - from crystal seller to website designers, from side hustlers to 'I can't quite believe I have a business' people - this one's for you. Bring warm layers, plenty of water, business cards, an open heart, and a curious mind. *** Early bird tickets at £20 per person until 1st August*** This session is open to all members of the public. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before booking. You must complete the waiver before coming to the sauna. It is sent to you via the confirmation booking email

Cancellation Policy
**Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
