Service Description
Sometimes the most powerful support is one made just for you. Made for You Meditation begins with a 15 minute consultation, where we talk through what’s really going on for you: whether that’s worry, low confidence, self worth, career or business challenges, health goals or something else entirely. From there, I create a recorded guided meditation designed specifically around your needs, using suggestion based language to support your subconscious mind as you rest, relax and reset. Your personalised recording is typically ready within a week, sent straight to you to return to whenever you need it: a tool that’s yours alone, built for exactly where you are on your journey. £40 includes your consultation and personalised recording, payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
**Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
