Service Description
Awen Elfennol is a night for softening, shedding, and returning to yourself. Held by sea air, warm wood, rose, fire, and water, this ceremony guides you through a gentle unraveling — a release of what has completed its story and a remembering of the truth beneath it. If your body is craving space to breathe again, this is your threshold. ✨ What Happens We begin by the shoreline, infusing rose petals with your intention before moving into a guided meditation. The group enters the sauna, and one by one you’ll step out for a one‑to‑one ancestral echo clearing — a root‑memory release that helps you trace your burden back to its first echo and let it go with clarity. You’ll offer what you’re releasing to the fire and receive a blessing before returning to the warmth. The evening also includes: • Salt scrubs • Light refreshments • Sound bath • EFT integration A full cycle of release, blessing, and return. What to bring: Plenty of water 2 towels. Bathers (we recommend wearing them under your clothes so that it is easy to change for blessing/sauna) Loose/comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet - such as a t-shirt or sarong. This is for the ceremonial blessing, which is done outside after you have been in the sauna so this is not essential. **Please note the cost is £60 per person. When we first release a new date the cost will be discounted for 2 weeks only.**

Cancellation Policy
**Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
