A cyclical rite of breathwork and sound healing, held in the elemental embrace of sauna heat. If you are looking for a way to release and reset on a Sunday then this is it. Whilst in the sauna you will be guided through a ritual to reconnect with yourself through breathwork and release and relax to a sound bath all in the heat of the sauna. There will be breaks inbetween. After experiencing deep relaxation and restoration, stay in the sauna allowing the evening to wash over you. Coming out to embrace the cold to rejuvenate and revitalise. This is a ceremony for those who seek clarity through challenge, and connection through rhythm. It’s elemental, cyclical, and quietly transformative. **Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling within 72 hours of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund**

If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
