Service Description
This 90‑minute guided sauna bathing ritual will take you through a specially designed sequence of heating and cooling to maximise the sauna’s health and wellbeing benefits. Across the ritual, your body will be gently warmed to promote healthy sweating, boost circulation, detoxify and cleanse the skin, and invite deep relaxation. As the heat builds, the option to cool off with a sea dip or cool shower offers the perfect contrasting release. What can you expect: • salt inhalations • breathwork • body scrub • thermal leaf whisking • aromatherapy • smoke ritual Please note that each guided session is uniquely planned, therefore some of the elements in the ritual will be different each time. The end to end held journey, of increasing heat and cooling your down will always be the same, however we may use different aroma's, sound, change salt scrub for a mask etc. **Please note the cost is £45 per person. When we first release a new date the cost will be discounted for a few days only.**

Cancellation Policy
**Due to the additional costs of running events like these, such as room hire, facilitators etc we can only offer a 50% refund if cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the event. If less than 72 hours we will not be able to provide any refund. If the event was cancelled for any reason by us then you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rescheduled to another future events**
